Just follow this way
1. Open the installation folder of the game PES 2016
2. Right-click PES2016.exe, select Properties
3. follow as shown below.
4. OK
5. back to the installation folder, right-click Settings.exe, select Properties
6. follow as shown below.
7. OK
If successful will appear from resolutions up to 1080p.
